Convention Centre — Large-Scale Commercial Visualization
A 12,000 sq ft convention centre needed stakeholder buy-in and government approvals. Our photorealistic renders and 4-minute flythrough animation turned a complex brief into a compelling presentation — approvals granted in a single meeting.
The Challenge
A multi-stakeholder infrastructure project involving municipal authorities, private investors, and a hospitality operator. Each party had different visual literacy levels. The architectural drawings were too technical for investors and the municipality, but a basic 3D model lacked the polish needed for investor decks. The brief demanded something that could simultaneously satisfy an engineer's eye for accuracy and a banker's need for emotional conviction.
Our Approach
We created a tiered deliverable set: accurate orthographic renders for the engineering committee, photorealistic stills for the investor deck, and a cinematic 4-minute flythrough narrated with ambient sound design for the final approval presentation. Interior renders focused on the grand ballroom, pre-function foyer, and VIP dining suite — the spaces investors cared most about. Exterior renders were carefully composited with actual site photography to ground the building convincingly in its real urban context.
The Result
Municipal approval was granted in the first presentation. The investor deck secured a ₹45 Cr funding commitment within 6 weeks. The flythrough is still used in the project's public-relations collateral two years later.
Project Gallery
"The flythrough animation did in 4 minutes what months of meetings couldn't — it made every stakeholder see exactly what we were building. The approval was unanimous."
