Tech Office Interior — Bespoke Workspace Visualization
Chainsys needed to present multiple interior design options to their leadership team before committing to a ₹3 Cr fit-out. We produced 3 full alternate schemes — helping them converge on the final design in a single internal review.
The Challenge
The client had a detailed interior design brief but three very different aesthetic options on the table: a biophilic design, a minimalist Scandinavian scheme, and an industrial-chic loft style. Leadership had varying preferences and needed a side-by-side comparison that went beyond material sample boards. The decision involved a ₹3 Cr commitment and had to be made within two weeks.
Our Approach
We delivered all three schemes as complete render sets — each covering the open workspace, breakout pods, and reception — with identical camera angles to enable direct comparison. A custom lighting study showed how each scheme performed under natural daylight at 9 AM and artificial lighting at 7 PM. The biophilic scheme received additional renders showing the living wall maintenance pathway. All renders were packaged as a Figma-compatible PDF deck for the leadership presentation.
The Result
Leadership chose the biophilic scheme in the first review meeting. The client reported that the lighting simulation was the deciding factor — they hadn't appreciated how warm the natural materials would look under evening lighting until they saw it rendered. Fit-out commenced on schedule.
