Tiny Modular Home — Premium 3D Interior Visualization

Toronto, Canada2024Mr. Fred Missaghi, XUMAX Inc. / Bellview Homes Inc.

XUMAX Inc. needed a visualization that proved a tiny modular home could be a premium lifestyle product — not just a compact shelter. We delivered an interior video and material studies that gave an experienced Toronto-based client complete confidence in the design.

The Challenge

Four compounding challenges made this project demanding. First, creating spaciousness within a tiny footprint — every camera movement, furniture scale, material choice, and lighting setup had to support a sense of openness rather than confinement. Second, balancing realism and aspiration — the home had to look practical enough for real modular construction but also attractive enough for marketing and client presentation. Third, communicating customization potential — since the client's business includes many variations in plans and materials, the visualization needed to suggest flexibility rather than present a single fixed product. Fourth, building trust with a highly experienced international client — Mr. Fred Missaghi had deep industry knowledge and high expectations, and only moved forward with the project after a careful evaluation process.

Our Approach

The visualization strategy focused on making the compact tiny home feel open, comfortable, and premium through deliberate spatial techniques: smooth camera movement and wide composition to avoid the cramped feel, light interiors and indoor-outdoor visibility to extend perceived space beyond the walls, careful furniture scale to suggest comfort without crowding, and vertical volume used as a design strength to turn a small footprint into a spacious experience. The interior design followed a clean and warm material palette — white walls, timber ceiling, wood flooring, soft fabrics, marble-like surfaces, and elegant lighting — creating a refined but cozy environment. Outdoor views became part of the interior experience through glass openings, skylights, and pool-facing compositions. Multiple material variation studies for the bathroom were produced, testing different tile, flooring, vanity, and fitting options to show how small changes could affect space, brightness, warmth, and premium feel — helping the client make clear decisions without relying on physical samples.

The Result

The walkthrough video and material studies successfully demonstrated that a tiny modular home can be a flexible, premium, lifestyle-driven living solution. The experienced client, initially cautious due to high standards and deep industry knowledge, was convinced by the professional capability, reliability, design sense, and execution quality. The visualization communicated the project's value from both a business perspective and a buyer's emotional point of view — proving the concept for future marketing, customization showcasing, and client presentations.
